This means that we only receive compensation after deducting the fees levied by booking platforms, such as commissions or service charges. By aligning our earnings with the net income, we ensure that our clients retain a significant portion of their revenue while benefiting from our services.

    Fairness:
    Our pricing policy is designed to be fair. Clients can trust that they will mostly pay for our services based on the actual revenue generated. We believe in open communication and clarity to foster a strong partnership built on trust and accountability.

    Maximizing Revenue:
    By focusing on the net income after booking platform fees, we are motivated to maximize revenue and minimize expenses for our clients.     Direct Booking Solutions:
    As part of our services portfolio, we offer clients the option to have us build a direct booking website for their vacation rental. This allows clients to draw more guests through direct booking channels and avoid costly booking fees associated with third-party platforms. Our marketing services further promote direct bookings, maximizing revenue for our clients while reducing dependency on external booking platforms, thus increasing the net revenue from overnight stays.

This means that whether it's a small apartment or a large villa, our income remains proportionate to the revenue generated, ensuring fairness for all clients.

    Fairness for Small and Large Properties:
    Our equity-based approach ensures that clients with small apartments are not overcharged while still allowing us to provide high-quality services for larger properties. We recognize that managing larger properties often entails additional work, such as extensive cleaning, managing more guest demands, and organizing extra services like private chefs or massages. However, we believe that all clients should pay a fair and equitable price based on the revenue generated by their property. We believe that by treating every client with integrity and respect, we can build long-lasting relationships based on mutual trust and shared success.

    Value-Added Services:
    While our pricing remains equitable across properties, we understand that some properties may require additional services and resources. That's why we offer value-added services tailored to the specific needs of each property, such as designing tailor-made welcome packages, scouting for room scents and custom-made bathroom products, grocery shopping for guests, or event planning and many more. These services are priced separately and transparently, ensuring that clients receive the support they need without any hidden fees.
